Careful selection of ingredients, traditional techniques passed down over generations,
and the sincere passion of the producers.
We want to shine a brighter light on these exceptional products.
That idea gave birth to the \u201cWakayama Ichibanboshi Award\u201d<\/span>
Through this award, outstanding products made in Wakayama Prefecture such as processed foods, crafts, and lifestyle goods are carefully selected and certified.
The evaluation is based on three key criteria:
\u201cA story that resonates,\u201d \u201cunique dedication and craftsmanship,\u201d and \u201cfuture potential.\u201d<\/p>\r\n
