Tree-Ripened Perfection and Strict Selection for Consistent Sweetness
Its defining feature is tree-ripening, with harvest delayed by about one month compared to standard timing. By allowing the fruit to fully mature on the tree under abundant sunlight, the balance of sweetness and acidity is enhanced.
In addition, the mandarins are cultivated using soil enriched primarily with seaweed-based fertilizer. Every fruit is measured with optical sensors, and only those with a sugar content of 12° Brix or higher are selected. This uncompromising process ensures consistently high quality.
A Pure Extraction Method That Preserves Only the Fruit’s Essence
To avoid bitterness and oils from the peel, the juice is extracted using a meticulous “chopper pulper” method—each fruit is carefully peeled by hand, and only the pulp is pressed.
